Selina & Jeff

Remember Selina and Jeff? The dynamic DIY duo who exudes pure awesomeness with their individual style and adorable love?  This wedding was so much fun, not only because of Selina and Jeff, but because of their amazing family and friends who were so involved in the creation of this beautiful day. From the flower girls’ dresses made by Selina’s mom to the pomanders made by friends and vintage handkerchief invitations screen-printed by the bride herself, we are so eager to share their fab wedding with you! *Oh! Keep an eye out for the wedding dress, also made by Selina herself!

Jeff + Selina + Boombox

A couple months back, we got a call from Selina, who’d heard about us through her coworker Debbie (thanks Debbie!) whose wedding we coordinated back in May (see our last post).  We met at their home and as soon as we stepped in, our jaws dropped ~ It was like stepping into an Anthro House & Home ad with all the vintage furniture, decor, and colors.  (And if you know us, you know we LOVE Anthropologie)  So of course, we fell in love!

Since Selina works in fashion, she has an eye for everything beautiful and creates grand visions for her projects, especially her wedding!  And as if their home wasn’t enough of a reason to want to be a part of their wedding ~ last week we met up again to go over some details, saw her invitations, and almost cried because they were so beautiful!  Every detail from the fonts and colors, to the screen-printed vintage handkerchiefs and postcard RSVPs, were beautifully and wonderfully made by Selina herself, of course with lots of help from Jeff!  We’re sorry to say that we don’t have photos to show of them just yet, but maybe the next couple things will give you an idea for her talent and wedding vision.

Selina and Jeff wanted their dog, Boombox, included in the wedding details, so they put him on their Save-the-Date magnets!

Since Save-the-Dates and invitations give guests an idea as to the colors and themes for a wedding, as you can see below from Selina’s custom-made, color inspiration boards, theirs was perfect!

love, Love, LOVE these colors!  They requested their guests to dress in these colors in continuation of their vintage-inspired theme. Even us!

Can’t wait to see your vision come to life!   It’s going to be such a colorful wedding!
